Abstract

¿¬±¸¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â ¸ð¹ÙÀÏÀÎÅÍ³Ý ´Ü¸»±â¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ Á¤º¸Á¦°øÀÌ °ü»óµ¿¸Æ Á¶¿µ¼ú ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ ºÒ¾È°ú ºÒÆí°¨ ¹× ±³À°¸¸Á·µµ¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â È¿°ú¸¦ È®ÀÎÇÏ°íÀÚ ½ÃµµµÇ¾ú´Ù.

¿¬±¸°á°ú: ±³À°È¿°ú·Î ºÒ¾È(VAS, ¼öÃà±âÇ÷¾Ð, À̿ϱâÇ÷¾Ð, ¸Æ¹Ú), ºÒÆí°¨(°´°üÀûºÒÆí°¨, ÁÖ°üÀûºÒÆí°¨)¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ½ÇÇ豺°ú ´ëÁ¶±ºÀÇ Â÷ÀÌ´Â Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÁöÇÏÁö ¾Ê¾Æ ±â°¢µÇ¾ú´Ù. "¸ð¹ÙÀÏÀÎÅÍ³Ý ´Ü¸»±â¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ Á¤º¸Á¦°øÀ» ¹ÞÀº ½ÇÇ豺Àº ´ëÁ¶±ºº¸´Ù ±³À°¸¸Á·µµ°¡ ³ôÀ» °ÍÀÌ´Ù¡°´Â Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÏ¿© ÁöÁöµÇ¾ú´Ù(Z=-5.23, p<.001).

°á·Ð: ¸ð¹ÙÀÏÀÎÅÍ³Ý ´Ü¸»±â¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ Á¤º¸Á¦°øÀº °ü»óµ¿¸Æ Á¶¿µ¼ú ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ ºÒ¾ÈÁ¤µµ¿Í ºÒÆí°¨ Á¤µµ¿¡´Â È¿°ú°¡ ¾ø¾úÀ¸³ª ±³À°¸¸Á·µµ¿¡ È¿°ú°¡ ÀÖÀ½À» È®ÀÎÇÏ¿´´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ °£È£ ½Ç¹«¿¡¼­ ÇàÇØÁö´Â °Ë»ç³ª ½Ã¼ú¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Á¤º¸Á¦°ø ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» ¸ð¹ÙÀÏÀÎÅÍ³Ý ´Ü¸»±â¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ µ¿¿µ»ó ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À¸·Î °³¹ßÇϸé È¿°úÀûÀÎ Á¤º¸Á¦°ø ÁßÀç¸Åü·Î È°¿ëµÇ¾î °£È£»çµéÀÇ ¾÷¹« ´É·ü°ú ÁúÀ» Çâ»ó½ÃÅ°°í ±³À°¸¸Á·µµ¸¦ ³ôÀ̴µ¥ ±â¿©ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀ¸·Î »ç·áµÈ´Ù.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the effect of providing information using a mobile internet terminal on anxiety, discomfort and satisfaction with education among patients undergoing a coronary angiogram.

Methods: Data were collected from July 27, 2016 to February 23, 2017. A total of 64 participants (34 for the experiment group and 30 for the control group) admitted to a department of cardiology internal medicine for coronary angiography were recruited. Data were analyzed by SPSS Window 22.0 Program.

Results: Information provided through mobile internet terminal did not affect anxiety and objective and subjective discomfort of the participants for coronary angiography, it was effective in satisfaction with education.

Conclusion: Based on the results, it is indicated that video education using a mobile internet terminal could be an effective method to improve nurses¡¯ work efficiency and quality and to raise satisfaction with education.
